Brief update for you all. 

UK and EU Fulfillment

We have gotten the customs with the local / US-based courier addressed and are now working on getting the physical rewards to the UK Distributor.

I do not yet have a final timeline for last mile delivery. As soon as I do,  however, there will be a dedicated update with details on when you should expect your shipment. 

I know that this has had a very extended timeline and I sincerely apologize for that. I'm eager for you to receive your rewards and am working hard to get it sorted for you as soon as possible. Thank you for your support and patience while I work to figure out getting your goods to you.

US and ROW Follow-Ups

US and ROW shipment has completed and at this time I believe I am up to date on communication for outstanding shipments. If you have any additional questions, please DM me through Kickstarter and I will address any outstanding concerns as soon as possible.

Hello, Backers!

Brief update for you focusing on the fulfillment status for EU and UK Backers.

UK/EU Rewards

At this time rewards are still being held up due to customs. So we are still waiting on getting physical rewards to the UK Distributor.

Main delay is due to several of the forms required for large shipments changing and being processed. In this case the local courier has seen some delays in their processing of the forms that have already been provided which has prevented me from being able to begin the shipping process.

Once this issue is cleared up, our distribution and fulfillment partner in the UK is all set to begin last mile shipments. Because of the delays on the side of the US side I do not yet have a set timeframe on when we'll be able to start with last mile delivery. However, once that is sorted I will of course provide a new update with revised dates and expected delivery times.

US and ROW Follow-Ups

I am still going through my list of questions for those that have concerns regarding the status of their packages. At this time, the KS is still the most up-to-date with progress reports. Backerkit will not yet be updated until well after the completion of fulfillment for all regions, so please check here for continued updates.

Sincere apologies for the delay in updates (and missing one in January). But we have a bunch of news to share in this one.

The Salerno Files

The Salerno Files – our Solo Rules – is out! You should receive an email notice with instructions on how to download the solo rules from Backerkit. But in case you need a refresher on how to access the files:

• Go to the Tidebreak Backerkit Portal
• Log in with your email address (used with either Kickstarter or Backerkit)
• Look at your Backed Projects 
• Choose In Other Waters Tidebreak and from there access the digital files 

It should look something like this: 

US/ROW Fulfillment

...is complete! Our US and ROW distributor has completed shipping out parcels to all backers in these regions.

If you have messaged me regarding the status of your shipment, apologies for the delays. I'm working through your messages and will have updates for you on any questions or outstanding issues ASAP.

UK/EU Fulfillment

...is still in progress. I am still working on getting the shipment through customs; which is taking far longer than expected. I know this delay continues to be frustrating and I'm sorry for the ongoing setbacks. I should have some more progress on this in the coming weeks and will share updates on this as they come up. 

I know that fulfillment for these regions has taken an extended amount of time. Rest assured, we are still working on getting your physical rewards to you.

Hello, Backers!

Brief update on physical reward fulfillment as well as stretch goals.

Fulfillment Updates

US Domestic and Rest of World

As of Mid-November, books and Oceanographer's Kits were with our US distribution partner. However I recently received an update that a backlog on their end prevented them from getting started on the fulfillment timeline they originally provided (and as noted in our last update).

That in mind, US distribution should begin at the beginning of January based on the latest update received from our US Distributor. Additionally, based on a few questions I've seen in the comments, the US distributor confirmed that parcel tracking will be included once your rewards have shipped.

I apologize for the delay in receiving your rewards and will endeavor to keep everyone posted on any changes from the information provided here.

UK and EU

UK and EU (Europe and European Union) backers are still seeing additional delays. At this time I am still going back and forth with UK Customs in trying to get our shipment delivered to our last mile fulfillment and distribution partner.

I sincerely apologize to our UK and EU backers for this delay. I'm still actively working with both the courier, customs, and our UK/EU distribution partner to get this corrected and once it is, I am still planning to post a standalone update once we have more information and a better timeline.

Digital Stretch Goals - Solo Rules

Work on The Salerno Files (or Tidebreak's Solo Play Rules) is still in progress. I was again hoping to be able to provide a comprehensive on the Stretch Goals' status but the continued delays and following up on our fulfillment issues has prevented me from being able to wrap up this work as quickly as I would like. 

As soon as we have more substantial update on the status of the first of our Stretch Goals, the Solo Rules, we'll have a dedicated update with information on how to access your files.

Brief update for you all with regards to physical reward fulfillment as well as our stretch goals.

Fulfillment Updates

US Domestic and Rest of World

As of Mid-Novembmer, books and Oceanographer's Kits are with our US distribution partner! So if you haven't already received your physical rewards, backers in the US and ROW (non-UK/EU areas) should see them soon!

UK and EU

Unfortunately, we're seeing delays with distribution for UK and EU backers. 

The main culprit of this is UK Customs, who have held and misdirected our shipment; without going into too many details, the courier also made an error causing the package to be shipped back to the US after misunderstanding directions provided to and by Customs. This has obviously prevented our local distribution partner from receiving the needed shipment to begin last mile fulfillment. 

I sincerely apologize to our UK and EU backers for this delay and want to reassure you that I am actively working with both the courier, customs, and our UK/EU distribution partner to get this sorted and will have a separate, standalone update once we have more information and a better timeline on when your rewards will be delivered.

Digital Stretch Goals - Solo Rules

Work on solo rules for playing In Other Waters: Tidebreak or what we're calling The Salerno Files is progressing! We're currently in layout and tightening up some rules last minute. I was hoping to be able to report more substantial news on the Stretch Goals with this update but due to the work required to sort out the fulfillment issues for EU and UK backers, I haven't been able to wrap up the layout for this as quickly as I would have liked.

So look for more on this in our next update!
